1. Sponsor
The Trick or Treat on El Paseo Halloween Boo Basket Giveaway is sponsored by The Shops on El Paseo, operator or authorized representative of The Shops on El Paseo, Palm Desert, California.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, participating businesses, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins October 24, 2026, at 6:00 AM Pacific Time and ends October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
4. How to Enter
Visit the official giveaway landing page and complete the online entry form during the giveaway period.
Limit one entry per person. No purchase, in-store visit, social media follow, or newsletter subscription is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a Halloween Boo Basket featuring merchandise, gift cards, and other items contributed by participating merchants at The Shops on El Paseo.
Final prize contents: One (1) $100 Mole gift card, one (1) $100 Porta Via gift card, one (1) $200 Eddie V’s gift card, one (1) $100 Shake Shack gift card, plus an assortment of additional goodies, merchandise, and treats generously contributed by participating merchants at The Shops on El Paseo.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500+, with final value dependent on additional merchant contributions.
No cash alternative will be provided. Any gift cards or certificates are subject to their stated terms.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 2, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted at entry. The winner must respond within five calendar days of notification and satisfy eligibility verification requirements. If the winner cannot be reached or is ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Fulfillment
Prize pickup will be coordinated at a designated location at The Shops on El Paseo in Palm Desert, California. The winner is responsible for transportation to the pickup location.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize. Marketing communications will be sent only to entrants who separately opt in, in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or ineligible entries and, where legally permitted, modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances compromise its integrity or proper administration.
