All photos must be original work. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person. Please limit use of photo filters/editing and/or AI to embellish your entry, as photos must accurately depict the entrant. Violators will be removed from the contest and may be publicly shamed or banned from entering future contests. 

You can submit as many images as you'd like (but why would you dilute your potential votes by submitting more than one???), but entry is limited to one photo per email address a day. By entering the contest, entrants agree to allow Old Town Commercial Association (OTCA) to use submitted images for Lumberjack Festival and beard contest advertising ONLY.  

Voters can vote for multiple entries in one day, but they can only vote for a specific entry once per day.  

While the contest is a fundraiser to support the OTCA's work, we are also dedicated to fair and equitable participation in our events and programs. If you can't swing the entry fee, submit your entry and email the contest administrator at LeastProfBeardContest@gmail.com. We'll waive the fee so you can participate.  

You do not need to be present to win, but we strongly encourage all entrants to attend the beard contest in person. There's a trophy involved that is too big to mail! If the winner is not present at the event, we will contact him/her/them via the email address provided in the entry form within 3 days after the festival. The winner will need to arrange a time to pick up the trophy from the OTCA offices.
