Home Beautification Contest

As a member-only event, only Westchester Station Homeowners Association members* can participate.

And we highly encourage all members to do just that by helping us recognize and celebrate the beauty of homes in our neighborhood by entering their own and or just voting for their favorite in our neighborhood!

*All WSHA contest entrants must be a member in good-standing. WSHA board members and contest sponsors are ineligible to enter.

Simply fill out the entry form with your name, address, email and (optional) brief description of your landscaping, other exterior beautification efforts, and upload photos of your home.

All entries must be submitted by July 12, 2026 at Midnight to be eligible to participate.

Note: All entries will be confirmed with membership data before going live in the photo gallery.

Voting opens on July 15th and runs through July 22nd.

All WSHA members can browse the Community Gallery and click the "Vote" button on homes they like most.

Please note, only one voting opportunity is allowed per WSHA member household, nor can votes be changed once submitted.

Westchester Station Homeowners Association will be awarding cash prizes to the top 3 homes as voted by the community: 1st Place receives $150, 2nd Place receives $100, and 3rd Place receives $50. The top 3 winners will also receive a custom yard sign recognizing their efforts.

Plus, all home contest entrants are automatically entered into a random drawing for one $50 bonus prize!

Please note, if one of the top three prize winners home is randomly drawn another drawing will be held by the WSHA board as this prize cannot be combined with others.

Winners will be proudly featured on WSHA's Facebook Page, our website, and showcased in WSHA's quarterly newsletter shortly after voting concludes.

By entering the WSHA Home Beautification Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following rules:

Eligibility - This contest is open only to WSHA members in good standing who reside in Westchester Station. WSHA board members and contest sponsors are ineligible to participate.

Entries & Deadline - Only one entry per membership (up to three exterior photos) is allowed. All entries must be received by Midnight July 12, 2026.

Entry Fees - No fee is required. Home contest is provided as a WSHA member benefit.

Voting - Only one voting opportunity per WSHA membership during the defined open voting period is permitted.

Prizes - See “Prize” section of this contest website for complete list of available prizes.

Contest Winners - Vote tallying final selection of winners, including notice will occur shortly after member voting closes. Prizes will be awarded no later than 30 days of notification.

General Notice & Privacy - Contest entrants’ addresses will appear in the contest photo gallery and voting page. WSHA reserves the right to publish and distribute photographs of participating homes and winners' names via WSHA's email, website, Facebook page, and quarterly newsletter. WSHA also reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest as needed. All decisions are final.
