This competition is being promoted by Destinology, a trading name of Destinology Ltd, a Brooklyn Travel Limited company, 42-44 High Street, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 1BL, United Kingdom. Registered in England No. 04293908. Submitting the form is the only way to enter this prize draw.  Maximum of one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw. The prize draw entry period commences Tuesday 2 January and ends at midnight on Friday 16 February.  Entrants must be over the age of 18, a UK resident and eligible to travel.  Employees or agents of Destinology Ltd, the Brooklyn Travel Group, associated agencies and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.  By entering the prize draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.  Holiday booking conditions apply.  The prize does not include travel insurance, or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description. All such costs will be the responsibility of the winner and members of their travelling party.  The winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visas to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the prize.  The prize holder may not transfer any aspect of the prize to another person or assign or transfer any other rights or obligations in connection with these terms and conditions. Destinology reserves the right to amend the prize  or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control. The prizes are non-transferable; the named prize winner must be the lead passenger on trips where the voucher has been redeemed. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded. Prize winners will be picked at random a maximum of 7 days after the prize draw close date. Winners will be notified by post and email, failure to respond to the prize notifications within 14 days of receipt will result in the prize being withdrawn and another winner may be selected at Destinology's discretion. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
