About the candidates

Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of prize drawing. Employees of Auto-Wares Group of Companies, Auto Value, Bumper to Bumper stores, their immediate families, and vendors are not eligible to enter.

Technical specifications for submitted photos

The photo must be submitted as a high-resolution (as high as your camera will allow), JPG, PNG, HEIC, or TIFF file above 5MB.

The photo should be submitted in horizontal format and should be free of distracting objects, logos, or people.

The photo must not contain violence or profanity. Any entries deemed offensive, political, or controversial will be immediately disqualified.

The photo must be an original creation - no copyrighted images or images with watermarks may be used. Professional photos will be accepted if there are no watermarks and are accompanied by appropriate release forms.

We reserve the right to disqualify any photo at any time for any reason, including poor quality.

Prizes

Twelve (12) Grand Prize Winners will have their vehicle featured for one month in the 2027 Auto-Wares Group of Companies Calendar. In addition, the Grand Prize winners will receive a $100 Auto-Wares Group of Companies Gift Certificate and one (1) Meguiar’s Detail Kit. A total prize value of approximately $350.

The actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner(s) is permitted. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. This contest is limited to one prize per person.

The Contest – 2 Phases

Phase I - Submissions:

Phase I of the contest opens for submission via MyAutoValueStore.com/Calendars on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 12:01 am and closes for submissions on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm. One entry per email address is allowed. Photos will go through an approval process before moving on to the next phase. Only high-quality, non-distracting photos will be approved.

Phase II – Voting Opens:

Phase II, the voting portion of the contest, begins on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 12:01 am. The gallery will open for viewing and voting on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12:01 am and will close on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:59 pm. The twelve (12) most popular voted photos selected by the public via the Gallery on Woobox (https://woobox.com/x5dujm) will be the Grand Prize winners. One vote per IP address per day is allowed.

Judging and notification of selected winners

The winners will be notified by email or phone call by mid-September 2026. Winners will have to prove ownership of the vehicle to claim prize. Winners must be able to pick up prizes at one of the participating locations. Participating locations can be found here: MyAutoValueStore.com/Locations.

Auto-Wares Group of Companies shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Rights and ownership

By submitting, you grant Auto-Wares Group of Companies a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your photo for promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes in any media, including print and digital.

If your photo is selected, Auto-Wares Group of Companies may publish your first name and last initial, city and state, & year, make, and model of the vehicle.

Personal data is only used for contact about the contest and is not shared or sold.

General

Auto-Wares Group reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or any of the arrangements, schedules, plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the contest, at any time and for any reason it deems necessary. Any submission that appears to receive fraudulent or irregular voting activity may also be disqualified.

Participation in the contest, including being selected to have your photo considered for inclusion in the 2027 Auto-Wares Group of Companies Calendar, in no manner constitutes an endorsement or support by Auto-Wares Group of Companies of the candidates’ views or aims or of any products or services. Candidates shall not advertise or otherwise claim to have obtained any such endorsement or support. Auto-Wares Group of Companies' name and logo are the property of Auto-Wares Group of Companies and should not be used in any manner whatsoever without the prior consent of Auto-Wares Group of Companies.
