NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The promotion begins at 12am CT on 7/13/20 and ends at 11:59pm CT on 8/10/20 (the “Promotional Period”).
When you properly submit an entry (instructions below) during the Promotional Period, you will receive one entry into a drawing for the prize listed below. The first place prize consists of a complementary 30 consecutive day stay for two adults in your own RV or tent at one of the Encore RV resorts in Arizona, Florida, Texas (valued at $2,000 USD). The drawing will be held on or about August 10, 2020. You do not need to be present to win.
The winner will be notified by email after the drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries but are not expected to exceed 1:5,000 for the grand prize.
To submit an entry, visit the Encore Facebook page @Encore and submit your information through Woobox any time between 12:00am on July 13, 2020 and 11:59pm on August 10, 2020. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an entry is “received” when you submit your information through Woobox.
The promotion is limited to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older, except for residents of AZ, FL, and NV who are excluded from this promotion. Employees of MHC Property Management, L.P. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason. For the name, city and state of the winner, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within five business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
This advertising is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of resort campground memberships. This document has been filed with the Department of Licensing, State of Washington, as required by Washington law. Value, quality, or conditions stated, and performance on promises are the responsibility of the operator, not the Department. The filing does not mean that the Department has approved the merits or qualifications of any registration, advertising, or any gift, prize or item of value as part of any promotional plan.
Restrictions: The complementary stays at Encore RV resorts in Arizona, Florida, or Texas are based on availability, reservations are required, and the stay must be completed by August 9, 2021. The stay must be one consecutive period of time and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. Holidays and special events are excluded. The following Encore RV Resorts and excluded from this promotion: Orlando RV Resort, Peace River RV Resort, Three Flags RV Resort, Verde Valley RV Resort, Lake Conroe RV Resort, Medina Lake RV Resort, Lake Texoma RV Resort, Lake Tawakoni RV Resort, Lake Whitney RV Resort, Colorado River RV Resort, Bay Landing RV Resorts. Travel to and from the property and other expenses of the trip, such as food and personal items, are not included.
