School Health Corporation 2026 (Sponsor) School Nurse Day – Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This Sweepstakes is open to any person who is a legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes begins 12:00 A.M Central Time May, 1 2026 and ends 11:59 P.M. Central time on May 22, 2026 ("Promotional Period"). 

If an entrant is an employee of a school or business, it is the entrant’s sole responsibility to review, understand and abide by the employer’s policies and any applicable laws, regulations or rules regarding the entrant’s eligibility to participate in or accept prizes from the Sweepstakes. If an entrant is found to be in violation of his or her employer’s policies or any applicable laws, regulations or rules, the entrant will be disqualified from entering the Sweepstakes and being awarded or retaining any prizes. The Sponsor disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an entrant and his or her employer related to this Sweepstakes. 2. How to Enter. Submit your entry by filling out our online entry form. Entrants may enter via the entry form application on the School Health website (https://www.schoolhealth.com/school-nurse-week) once during the promotional period. By entering this contest, participants agree to receive marketing emails, including updates on products, offers, and more. Participants may opt out at any time.

Daily Prizes: We will be giving away 5 daily prize packs on each of the following days: 5/6/26, 5/7/26 5/8/26, 5/11/26, and 5/12/26. These include a School Health Speaker, a copy of “The Biggest Little Book About Hope” by Kathryn Goetzke, a school nurse t-shirt (design based on available School Health stock), an HRR Color Screening Book, and a nurse bracelet. *

Grand Prize. On May 22, 2026, one winner will be randomly selected as the recipient of a ZOLL AED 3 and a Mobilize Compact Rescue Kit. *

*Prizes subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to make substitutions at its sole discretion. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period. 

Selection of the Winners. Winners will be chosen by Sponsor in a daily, random drawing of qualified entries. Winners will be posted on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/schoolhealth, Twitter at http://www.x.com/schoolhealth, and Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/officialschoolhealth/. Winners will be notified via email from School Health and asked for their mailing address and may be required to complete, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. School Health may use contest submissions for marketing purposes, including sharing contest entries on official School Health social media accounts. Entries deemed obscene, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, inappropriate for any reason. Non-winners will not be contacted.

General. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to timely return or properly complete Release Documents, or if a prize notification or any prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if potential winner is not eligible or does not comply with these Official Rules prize forfeiture will result, and an alternate potential winner will be selected. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL ALLEGED AND/OR ACTUAL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS (WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION IS COMMENCED), LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER EXISTING NOW OR ARISING IN THE FUTURE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DISABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS), COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, COURT COSTS, SETTLEMENT AND DISBURSEMENTS) DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART OUT OF DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITIES, ACCESS TO WEB SITE, AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. By entering and/or accepting a prize, Entrants and winners hereby consent, where lawful, to the use by Sponsor (and its authorized third parties) of their name, image, likeness, voice, hometown, and/or biographical information in any and all media now known or hereafter developed worldwide, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional compensation, and without the right of review, notification or approval. The information provided is subject to the Privacy Statement on schoolhealth.com and any posted Terms of Use on the referenced web site. Any depiction of prizes in advertising or promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only and depicted prizes may not be the actual prizes awarded.

Choice of law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to Illinois conflict of law principles. 

Unclaimed Prize/Unable to Contact Winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours of notification, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at our discretion.
