Embrace Pet Insurance does not tolerate the types of posts and comments that:

Promote, foster, or perpetuate discrimination or attacks on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender or gender identity, socioeconomic status, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation, or any other form of discrimination, at the sole discretion of Embrace Pet Insurance.

Harass other people or businesses, or encourage others to participate in harassment.

Are illegal, maliciously false, profane, libelous, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive to another person or entity.

Contain spam, advertising, or solicitations; this includes links to other content.

Contain personal, private or sensitive information.

Are obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit; this includes pictures, GIFS, acronyms, abbreviations, and links to other content.

Are fraudulent or deceptive messages.

Promote services, products, political organizations or campaigns.

Infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

Advocate illegal activity.

Include repetitive content or posting the same content multiple times. 

Violate any policies of Embrace Pet Insurance.

Embrace Pet Insurance monitors social media comments between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EDT Monday through Friday, except holidays. We will respond to appropriate comments and inquiries within 24 business hours of the post time. Comments and messages sent on weekends will be responded to on the following business day.
