Your story can raise awareness, inspire others and be part of a powerful global display at ERS Congress 2025 and beyond.

By submitting my photo and quote, I agree to the following: 

1. I confirm that the photograph, video and/or quote I am submitting are my own, or that I have permission to share them.
2. I understand that my name, location and quote may be published publicly with the photo, unless submitted anonymously. 
3. I give permission for my submission to be: 

• Featured in physical displays at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congress 2025 
• Included in digital communications, including the European Foundation (ELF) website, ERS website and Congress Channel and all their respective social media channels 
• Used in future publications, including summaries of the project or related scientific and advocacy work 
• Reproduced for research, education, advocacy and other non-commercial purposes in the future.
