1. This prize draw is being promoted by My Canada Trips, a trading name of Stewart Travel Ltd, 20 Renfield Street, Glasgow G2 5AP. Registered in Scotland No. SC400502.
2. Completing and submitting details on the draw entry form on the My Canada Trips website is the only way to enter this prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
3. Maximum of one entry per user.
4. The prize draw entry period commences on 13 October 2025 and ends at 23:59 on 05 November 2025.
5. Entrants must be over the age of 21, UK resident, eligible to travel and accompanied by an eligible vehicle driver.
6. Employees or agents of Stewart Travel Ltd and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
7. By entering the prize draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.
8. The 3-night holiday to Toronto prize package includes:
   1. Round trip economy flights to Canada for 2
   2. 3-night accommodation
   3. Hop on hop off bus ticket
   4. Full day tour to Niagara Falls
9. The prize can be taken to depart any time until 20 December 2026, subject to availability, and excluding public holiday dates in Canada and the UK.
10. All flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
11. My Canada Trips reserves the right to amend the prize package or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control.
12. Travel insurance is not included.
13. UK airport transfers are not included.
14. The prize is non-transferable; the named prize winner must travel.
15. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded.
16. UK citizens require a full passport and an ETA for travel. Passport and visa requirements for citizens of other countries may vary. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure both travellers have valid passports (recommended validity of at least 6 months after your return travel date), ETA and any visa required. Passports, Visas and ETA are the responsibility of and at the cost of the prize winner. My Canada Trips cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
17. Holiday booking conditions apply.
18. The prize must be booked before 20 December 2025.
19. My Canada Trips will select 1 prize winner at random within 1 month of the prize draw ending, and contact them using the email address entered on the prize draw form.
20. Winners will be required to respond within 7 days in order to claim their prize. If we have not received a response within 7 days of contact, My Canada Trips will pick another winner.
21. Those not contactable by reasonable means may be disqualified, the prize forfeited, and an alternative entrant awarded the prize on the same basis described above.
22. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. Entrants agree to allow their name to be used by My Canada Trips for publicity purposes.
