Contest Rules

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

This contest is open to all Girl Scout Troops. Prizes are only for the six participating Medieval Times castles in Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Myrtle Beach, SC; and Scottsdale, AZ. Medieval Times is not responsible for transportation fees or additional accommodations.

To be eligible to win, Troops must be participating in the 2025 Cookie Program.

Entry to this competition is by the Troop leader submitting your name, Troop number, council, phone number, email, and one photo of a Medieval castle built from Girl Scout cookie boxes, including at least one green and one yellow Medieval Times crown, and a visible Troop number through the Woobox platform. One entry is allowed per email address.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Medieval Times reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

Medieval Times is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.

To limit bots, only one vote per IP address in Canada or the U.S. will be accepted. Medieval Times reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of each entry. Participants can be disqualified at any time.

Voting must be completed through the Woobox platform. Likes and other social reactions and engagement will not count towards the voting process.

Six winners per participating castle. Prizes are for participating castles only.

Medieval Times will announce the winner Wed, Mar 12, 2025 at 1 p.m. CST via email, on this contest page, Woobox contest pages, and the original social posts. Prizes will be distributed by Mar 24, 2025.

The contest will run from Mar 3 - 9, 2025.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of the Terms of Service with acknowledgment of reading the Privacy Policy and California Privacy Choices. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
