PHOTO ENTRIES:

• All submissions need to be uploaded to the webpage provided.
• Digital photos only. JPGs preferred.
• No hard copy photos accepted.
• Photos should be “calendar quality” – clear, crisp, and large files.
• We suggest a size of 1600 x 1200 pixels – anything taken with a 3 mega pixel or greater camera should work.
• Horizontal photos work better for the main calendar page.
• We may need to crop or edit the file for the final product. By submitting your photo you agree to this.
• A $5 donation is required for each photo in order to enter the voting round.
• Donations accepted online only through the link provided.
• Submissions that have not been paid for by the submission deadline will not be included in the contest.
• Submission & donation deadline is 11:59 PM EDT October 30th.
• One photo per family can be featured as a month in the calendar.  Submit as many as you'd like!
• MWBTR fosters, alumni and siblings are eligible for the contest. Any non-MWBTR dog entered will be featured in the Supporters Page.
• MWBTR reserves the right to disqualify any submission for any reason

VOTING:

• Voting will be open to the general public 10/28/2024.
• Voting will take place on the webpage provided.
• One vote per user per photo per day allowed.
• You may vote for as many photos as you choose.
• You may vote for any photo listed.
• You may vote every day.
• You may share the contest as often as you would like.

DOG OF THE DAY

• A $25 donation is required for the Dog of the Day date reservation to honor your pup.
• Donations accepted online only via the link provided.
• Dates are first-come first-served
• If you request a holiday, MWBTR reserves the right to print on another date

​CALENDAR ORDERS:

• $25 donation is required and includes shipping.
• Calendars will be available Mid-December for holiday gift-giving.
• Orders made after cut-off are not guaranteed delivery by the holidays.
