Mother's Day Giveaway at Mosman Park Shopping Centre – Terms & Conditions
By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
The competition is being run by Retail Property Management CBRE ABN: 64 003 205 552, Level 25, QV1, 250 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA ("CBRE") on behalf of Mosman Park Shopping Centre (East River Pty Ltd ATF Mosman Property Trust) ABN: 91 076 243 028, c/o Aver Group, Suite 92, 190 Hay Street, East Perth.
The Mother's Day Giveaway at Mosman Park Shopping Centre ("the competition") commences at 5pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on 22/04/2026.
The closing time for entering the competition is 12:00am AWST on 10/05/2026.
Entry to the competition is limited to West Australian residents.
To enter the competition, the entrant must follow details listed in post caption on Instagram.
Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet or phone.
Entrants may only enter the competition once.
There will be one prize. The prize will be a centre gift voucher with an approximate retail value of $100.
There will be one draw at 10am AWST on 11/05/2026 at Level 25/250 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000, Australia. The draw will be by random barrel draw from all eligible entries received with the first entry drawn being the prize winner of $100 voucher. The winner will have their details announced in the comments section of the post on the same date.
The prize winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw by the comments section of the post, and direct messaged on the platform and will be advised of the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered or collected.
The prize will be mailed/couriered to the prize winners address of choice.
If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted, or CBRE is unable to contact the winner after numerous attempts over the 7 day period, a re-draw will be conducted within the next 10 days, in the same location, and by the same method. Re-draws will continue in the same manner until all prizes have been claimed by prize winners.
If a prize winner who has been contacted, informed they have won the prize, and agreed to collect the prize, does not collect the prize within 14 days of this contact, a re-draw will be conducted within the next 10 days, in the same location, and by the same method.
The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
The prize is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.
In the event of any confusion or challenge relating to the winner or the prize, CBRE's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
CBRE accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize.
If applicable, any personal information provided by an entrant to CBRE for the purpose of entering the competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with CBRE's privacy policy (located at www.cbre.com.au/about-us/pacific-privacy-policy) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
