By entering the Freedom Travel 2025 Photo Competition, you agree to the following:
You confirm that:
The photo submitted is your original work
You own the rights to the image
You have permission from any individuals appearing in the photo to submit it
By submitting your photo, you grant Freedom Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:
Use, reproduce and publish your image
Share your image on Freedom Travel’s social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)
Feature your image on our website, email newsletters and digital marketing
Use your image in printed marketing materials (including brochures, in-store displays and promotional posters)
Use your image in paid advertising campaigns
Crop or format the image as required for marketing purposes
This licence is granted without additional compensation beyond participation in the competition.
Where reasonably possible, Freedom Travel will credit the entrant when sharing the image on social media.
Freedom Travel reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that:
Is offensive, inappropriate or misleading
Infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
Does not comply with competition rules
Personal data submitted will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
