The "Unbox the MakerSpace" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by MORAVIA Education, Inc., 1420 Celebration Blvd, Ste 200, Celebration, FL 34747 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor using the Woobox platform.
The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's Woobox account is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Eligibility is determined by legal residency, not by physical location at the time of entry. An otherwise eligible entrant may enter from any location, but the prize will be shipped only to a street address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Designated Recipient. The prize in this Sweepstakes is awarded to the recipient designated by the entrant at the time of entry (the "Designated Recipient"), as described in Section 4. Each entrant must designate one of the following:
An entrant may not designate Sponsor, any party listed as ineligible above, or any individual other than the entrant.
Standard entry. During the Promotion Period, visit https://woobox.com/aza28k and complete the entry form with the requested information. As part of the entry form, each entrant must designate the Designated Recipient of the prize, choosing either the entrant individually or a qualifying school, district, governmental unit, or Section 170(c) organization identified by name and location. Limit one (1) standard entry per person.
The designation is made at the time of entry and is final. An entrant does not acquire, and at no point holds, any right to receive the prize on behalf of a Designated Recipient other than the entrant. Where the entrant designates a school, district, governmental unit, or Section 170(c) organization, the prize is awarded directly to that Designated Recipient and not to the entrant. A designation may not be added, changed, revoked, or substituted after entry, whether before or after the drawing, except as expressly provided in Section 8.
Bonus entries. After completing a standard entry, an entrant will receive one (1) bonus entry each time a person who is not already an entrant enters the Sweepstakes using that entrant's unique referral link. No other action earns a bonus entry. A referral does not count until the referred person submits a valid, eligible entry of their own. There is no limit on the number of bonus entries an entrant may earn. Referring friends is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entry to the Sweepstakes is free, and no purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or to win.
There is no maximum number of total entries per person. Each person is limited to one (1) standard entry, submitted using one (1) email address and one (1) mailing address. Additional entries are earned only as referral bonus entries under Section 4, and there is no cap on those. Use of any automated system, bot, script, multiple accounts, or false identity to enter or to generate referrals is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that person. Referrals of fictitious, duplicate, or ineligible persons will not be credited. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or not received for any reason.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize will be delivered to the Designated Recipient named by the selected entrant at the time of entry. The prize consists of a Makerspace Bundle containing:

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor beyond any manufacturer's warranty. Prize may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize component of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable.
Entries are not transferable, and no entrant may sell, assign, or otherwise transfer an entry or any interest in the prize. The prize is awarded to the Designated Recipient named at the time of entry and is not transferable by the entrant.
Prize will be shipped only to a street address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; no P.O. boxes, no APO/FPO addresses, and no forwarding to any other destination. Where the Designated Recipient is a school, district, governmental unit, or Section 170(c) organization, the prize will be shipped to that recipient's own address, and Sponsor's obligations are fully discharged upon delivery to that address. Only one (1) prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, and no more than one (1) entry per person may win.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the Designated Recipient. Sponsor will report the award as required by applicable law. The Designated Recipient will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released, and where the Designated Recipient is an individual, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the value of the prize. Neither Sponsor nor its agents provide tax advice, and entrants and Designated Recipients should consult their own advisors regarding the tax treatment of the prize.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 16, 2026, conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to respond within that period, an undeliverable notification, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt. Sponsor may verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant and the identity and status of any Designated Recipient.
Where the Designated Recipient is a school, district, governmental unit, or Section 170(c) organization, Sponsor will contact that recipient to confirm acceptance and obtain a shipping address and IRS Form W-9. If the Designated Recipient declines the prize, cannot be verified, or does not respond within ten (10) business days, Sponsor will invite the selected entrant to name one (1) substitute Designated Recipient that meets the requirements of Section 3 and is not the entrant. If no substitute is named within five (5) business days, or if the substitute also declines or cannot be verified, the entry will be disqualified and Sponsor will select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
Prize will be fulfilled within approximately thirty (30) days after verification is complete.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, and statements about the prize for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it becomes technically corrupted, if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity or proper administration, or if any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its administration, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event giving rise to the action.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), X Corp., LinkedIn Corporation, TikTok, Google LLC (YouTube), Pinterest, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms completely and provide any information supplied in connection with the Sweepstakes to Sponsor and not to any platform.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions. Entrants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or having jurisdiction over Osceola County, Florida.
Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Sweepstakes.
