1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Pelican Products (ABN 74 129 367 255) of [insert registered business address].
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 5:00am AEST on 2 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 27 September 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
3. Entry Requirements
Entry is open to Australian residents only. To enter, individuals must:
1. Complete the online entry form at https://woobox.com/cvsc2o during the Promotional Period, providing their name, email address, state/territory of residence, relationship to the nominee, and the nominee's trade or pursuit.
2. Agree to the Terms & Conditions by submitting the entry form.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Pelican Products and its related entities, and any agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family" means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available:
• 1 × Pelican 900×550×415mm Spacecase BB090055040BK
• Total prize value: $299 AUD (incl. GST)
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Draw Details
The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 29 September 2026 at [insert draw location, e.g. the Promoter's premises]. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw, using the email address provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted after 3 reasonable attempts within 7 days of the first notification email, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on [insert redraw date, e.g. 6 October 2026 at 12:00pm AEST] at the same location as the original draw. The reserve winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the redraw.
8. Winner Publication
The first initial, last name, and postcode of the winner will be published on Pelican socails within 7 days of the draw.
9. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the reserve winner in accordance with clause 7.
10. Photo Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide a photograph of the winner with the Spacecase product for use on Pelican's social media accounts and other promotional channels. The winner grants Pelican Products a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their image and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to this giveaway and the Pelican brand. This consent applies only to the winner and not to all entrants.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected via the entry form (name, email, state/territory, relationship to nominee, nominee's trade or pursuit) will be used by Pelican Products to administer this promotion, notify the winner, and for marketing communications where the entrant has consented. Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting Pelican Products at [insert contact email].
12. Marketing Opt-In
By entering, the entrant is signing up to receive exclusive access to new product launches, special offers, and other marketing communications from Pelican Products. The entrant may unsubscribe at any time. Providing consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of entry and does not increase the entrant's chance of winning.
13. General Conditions
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
• The promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any cause beyond the promoter's reasonable control affects the administration, security, or proper conduct of the promotion.
• This promotion is a game of chance. No permits are required as the total prize value does not exceed the permit threshold in any Australian state or territory.
