CSCMP & Geodis Present the 2021 Young Professionals Video Contest
CSCMP & Geodis Present the 2021 Young Professionals Video Contest
The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Geodis have partnered to hold a video contest for young professionals and student members aged 32 and under to demonstrate their ability to think futuristically and deliver potential solutions to the supply chain management industry. Contestants should create a video answering one of these questions:
1) Hiring and Retention
While warehouse and driver shortages are widely discussed industry labor challenges, an arguably lesser-known issue is the shortage in the corporate supply chain workforce. How can we better attract and retain your generation to become interested in a corporate supply chain career?
2) Technology
What emerging technology and/or automation advancements do you foresee having the biggest impact on the supply chain moving forward. Why?
3) Sustainability
A recent study found 81% of supply chain leaders have increased their sustainability focus over the past three years, and we expect this number to continue growing. What do you believe are the top reasons supply chain leaders should prioritize sustainability as a top business goal moving forward?
