The Contest is brought to you by PASSPORT Magazine and The New Orleans Hotel Collection (NOHC).  By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Eligibility: #Southern Decadence ("Contest") is open to natural persons that are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who at time of entry are 21 years of age or older. Contest begins at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time ("ET") on June 4^th , 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 4^th, 2018. Contest is sponsored by PASSPORT Magazine and the New Orleans Hotel Collection (NOHC) Employees of the Sponsor, PASSPORT Magazine, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Contest, each entrant (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and any independent judging organization, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest. Those who enter also acknowledge and agree that any privacy policy, user agreement, and/or other policies applicable to PASSPORT Magazine shall also be applicable to the Contest; provided, however, that these Official Rules shall govern in the event of a conflict between (i) such privacy policy, user agreement, and/or other policies and (ii) these Official Rules.

How to Enter: To enter online, upload a photo and complete the online entry form (accessible on the Passport Magazine  Woobox Ap at https://woobox.com/puii7n and follow all entry instructions. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on July 4, 2018. Entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Entrants receive one entry. There is no penalty if the entrant does not wish to share their link to their friends. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for, and will have the right to refuse in its sole and absolute discretion, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries, whether due to Internet or e-mail server failure or postal delay or losses or otherwise. Grand Prize Details (1): Round Trip airfare for 2 (two) people (2) 5 (five) nights at the Jung Hotel and Residences.  Accommodations are available only for the dates specified during the Southern Decadence Festival.

All components of the prize must be redeemed by the official dates.   The Grand Prize is non-transferable and not for re-sale. There will be one winner. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to accept the Grand Prize for any reason, prize will be forfeited. All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including without limitation, meals, taxes, entry/exit fees, travelling fees, gratuities, incidentals and other expenses, are the Grand Prize Winner's (and guests) sole responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will not receive any compensation if actual retail value of trip is less than projected approximate retail value. The Grand Prize Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Activities are subject to availability, weather conditions and operating times of each activity provider. Winner will be contacted by July 15^th via the email provided. Winners are responsible for following all directions to redeem their tickets. Winners’ addresses are confidential and will not be shared by Passport. ANY TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. All prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and cannot be redeemed for cash, bartered or sold. If applicable, winners will be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 7 days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize(s) or fails to timely return the complete and executed affidavit and releases as required, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

JUDGING:  Winners will be drawn randomly by the sponsors after the July 4^th cut-off date.

The participants' individual contact and demographic information is likely to be shared with participating sponsors, who may use this information as they wish. A participant's personal contact and demographic information will not be released to any third-party organization other than named sponsors without the user's consent, and PASSPORT Magazine will request that co-sponsors of such events uphold the privacy of the registrants' information by not distributing or sharing such information with any other businesses or organizations. Release: By entering the Contest, entrants agree that the Sponsor, PASSPORT Magazine, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability, and shall be held harmless, for any damage, losses or injury, including personal injury or death, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in the Contest. Notice to entrants: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, entrants (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) terminate or modify entry into the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Contest), and to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.
