Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (“Sponsor”), The Brand Amp, LLC (“Administrator”), participating Mitsubishi dealers, ESPN, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and dealerships are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins on October 11, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time “(PT)” on November 26, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

A. Registering Online. During the Sweepstakes Period, you may register for and enter the Sweepstakes online by visiting www.Mitsubishicars.com/Your-Game-Winning-Drive (the “Website”) and filling out and submitting the registration form for the Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for registering online. Limit: Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person/per email address for registering for the Sweepstakes online.
B. Bonus Entries. Only after you enter the Sweepstakes by registering, you may obtain Sweepstakes bonus entries (“Bonus Entries”) during the Sweepstakes Period, the following ways:
1. Via Test Drive and Bonus Entry Code. When you visit a participating Mitsubishi Motors Dealership during the Sweepstakes Period and test drive a Mitsubishi Crossover vehicle including Eclipse Cross, Outlander Sport, Outlander and Outlander PHEV, you will receive a code from the dealership (a “Bonus Entry Code”). After you receive your Bonus Entry Code, visit the Website during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the links and instructions to enter and submit the Bonus Entry Code. When you submit the Bonus Entry code via the Website during the Sweepstakes Period, you will automatically receive seven (7) Bonus Entries. 2. Via Mail-in. To receive seven (7) Bonus Entries without obtaining a Bonus Entry Code via a test drive, hand print your name, address (including street address, city, state, zip, and county), day and evening phone numbers, valid email address, and date of birth, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, and mail it in an envelope with proper postage during the Sweepstakes Period to: Your Game Winning Drive Starts with Mitsubishi Sweepstakes Bonus Entries, 1927 Harbor Blvd #396, Costa Mesa CA 92627. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry request per stamped outer envelope. All mail-in Bonus Entry requests must be handwritten and must be postmarked by November 26, 2018 and received by November 30, 2018.
Limit: Limit of seven (7) Bonus Entries per person/per email address, regardless of method of entry.
C. General Requirements. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of registrations/entries/Bonus Entries in the Sweepstakes by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted and will result in disqualification. The submission of a registration/online entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant, and all data, Internet access and usage charges are the responsibility of the entrant. If you use your mobile device to log in to the Website, you will be charged according to your wireless service provider’s standard data rates. Check with your wireless service provider for details on data rates and other applicable charges.
In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that potential winner is the authorized account holder for the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
Once submitted, registrations/entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Except as otherwise stated in these Official Rules, personal information collected from Sweepstakes registrations/entries will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (found at https://www.mitsubishicars.com/privacy), and with any consent given by an entrant at the time of entry.
Please note that you may not be sent confirmation of receipt of a registration/entry; in the event that your registration is acknowledged in any way following submission, such acknowledgement does not constitute any representation by Sponsor as to the eligibility of your Sweepstakes registration/entry. Any automated computer receipt (such as a confirmation email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules. Any illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled registrations/entries are not permitted and may be disqualified. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects. Any registrations/entries not in conformance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and one (1) potential First Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing by Administrator, on or about November 26, 2018 from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period from all entry methods. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods. Limit one (1) prize per person. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and will be required to confirm eligibility within twenty-four (24) hours. Potential winners must comply with all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules; winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (an “Affidavit”), and may be required to produce evidence of residency, within three (3) days of notification/verification in order to receive the prize. Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm any potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these rules. By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check. If the prize includes participation in any public event(s) or publicity, or if Sponsor Entities intend to publicize the winner in any way, and if a background check reveals that a potential winner has engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation or business of any Sponsor Entity, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
In the event: (a) a potential winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within 48 hours from first notification after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information submitted by potential winner; (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods; (c) a potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize; (d) a potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules; (e) a potential winner’s prize notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason; or (f) a potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and (time permitting) Sponsor may select and award the prize to an alternate potential winner by a random drawing from among the other eligible entries received. Up to three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded, and upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given, and Sponsor will have no responsibility or liability to that entrant. DF

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price not to exceed $33,465, (inclusive of estimated sales tax).
Grand Prize Conditions: Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for a particular purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics of the vehicle will be at Administrator’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership specified by the Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification that dealership has received the vehicle. Winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes, as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. Winner may be issued an IRS 1099. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are sole responsibility of winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $33,465. Actual value may vary depending on winner’s residence.
First Prize (1): One (1) First Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests to the 2018 Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl in Las Vegas, NV scheduled to take place on December 15, 2018. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s agent. Winner and guests must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Prize includes round trip coach class air transportation for winner and three (3) guests to Las Vegas, NV from a major U.S. airport near winner’s residence; two (2) night, three (3) day hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms, double-occupancy) at a Sponsor-selected Las Vegas hotel; round-trip ground transportation to hotel from the airport for arrival and to the airport from the hotel for departure in Las Vegas; meals for winner and guests throughout the trip (three (3) meals per person each day); four (4) tickets to a Las Vegas Show; four (4) tickets to the 2018 Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl in Las Vegas, NV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of First Prize: $9,040.00. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Ticket for events and performances are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Sponsor is not responsible if event or performance is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason; no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner and guest agree to abide by all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do may result in forfeiture of prize. First Prize is not redeemable for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes (and any portion(s) thereof) are non-transferable. Unless otherwise specifically provided for herein, all taxes or expenses, including, without limitation, sales tax, luxury tax, and any other costs incurred in claiming or using any of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.
The winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of winner, including, but not limited to, additional meals, gratuities, souvenirs, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, income, federal, state and local taxes, and miscellaneous fees. Winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of the applicable prize.
First Prize Conditions: Selection of airline, seat location at game, Las Vegas Show selection, restaurants, meals and hotel are solely within Administrator’s and Sponsor’s discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Winner and travel guests must travel on same itinerary. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Travel guests must sign and return a travel/publicity release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license and/or passport) required for travel. Once a travel guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion and the difference in value will not be awarded to the Frist Prize winner. If winner elects to travel with fewer than three (3) guests, the difference in value will not be awarded to the First Prize winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any First Prize-related events, services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the First Prize winner at the time of notification. First Prize winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, and may not be resold. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.
General Conditions: Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Administrator, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) that Sponsor, participating Mitsubishi dealers, ESPN, Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl, The Brand Amp, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, including any travel related thereto, or participation in this Sweepstakes; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing if requested) permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
