The promoter is The Block Shop Pty Limited ABN 55 161 743 237 (“Promoter”);

By undertaking the Quiz an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The entrant gives the "Promoter" permission to capture the entrant's email address for the purpose of receiving communications about the promoter and its associated marketing activities.

Any personal data relating to the entrant such as his/her email address will be used solely in accordance with current [Australian] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The entrant can request to be removed from the Promoter's subscription list at anytime by contacting info@theblockshop.com.au or using the unsubscribe link provided on all promotional emails.
