The NuVet Spooktacular Pet Costume Photo Contest entry period begins October 27, 2015 at 1:30 am PST and ends November 2, 2015 at 11:59 pm PST. Only one entry per household. Only one entry per email address. Open to U.S. residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Four winners will be chosen at random by NuVet Labs and will be awarded prizes as follow: Each winner will receive $500 and a matching donation of $500 to the verified 501c3 pet rescue of their choice. No more than one prize per household may be awarded. No more than one donation per rescue may be awarded. If more than one winner selects the same rescue, entrants will be asked to select another 501c3 rescue. Any entries deemed inappropriate by NuVet Labs will be disqualified. Any fraudulent activities surrounding entries or submissions will result in disqualification. Winners who cannot be reached and/or do not respond via email within 48 hours of contact will be disqualified and new winners will be chosen.
