• CONCUR REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES

  • Step 1: Log into Concur and begin a new expense report.


    • User Name (Your complete EWB email address)
    • First-time Concur users need to submit UAR for Concur application access first: Submit Concur Access Request


    Step 2: On the Concur Tab, click on “Start a Report”.


    Step 3: Enter “Halloween 2024 – Expense to 130”. Click on “New Expense,” Type in “Decoration” in the “Expense Type” field, and select the “Holiday Decoration” icon that appears on your screen.


    Step 4: Complete all the fields with the RED Bar and click “save.”


    • Each team will receive a maximum of $75 reimbursement to purchase decorations for their team. Receipt MUST be provided in order to be reimbursed.
    • Each team has the discretion to pitch in additional funds to purchase more decorations; however, East West Bank will only reimburse up to $75.00.


    • Click “New Attendee” to add your team members in the system.
    • Add Attendee information (make sure you include all your team members).


    Step 5: Click “Attach Receipt Images”. Browse and upload your receipt.


    Step 6: Review the receipt image, ensure all supporting documentation is correct and matches the report detail. Then submit the expense report.

    Due to remote locations, your photo will be submitted to the Bank via a mobile application hosted by a third party. Your image may be used on BridgeNet or for other promotional materials by the Bank.
