• DECOR REIMBURSEMENT

  • Each team that submits an entry form will receive up to $75 of reimbursement to purchase decorations for the team. Each team has the discretion to pitch in additional funds to purchase more decorations; however, East West Bank will only reimburse each team up to $75. Your entry must be submitted by October 31, 2024, 12 PM PT to be eligible for the $75 reimbursement and to enter the contest. Please submit your itemized receipts to Accounting via Concur to claim your reimbursement (submit your receipts by Friday, November 29; reimbursement will begin on Friday, November 1 through Monday, December 2; Accounting will not start reimbursing until November).


    The following decorations/items will be eligible for

    the $75 reimbursement:


    • Halloween-themed signage (banners, posters, wall hangings)
    • Streamers, backdrops, and Halloween-themed props
    • Paint, paint brushes, markers, or other supplies for decoration
    • Halloween-themed table decorations (pumpkins, bats, spiders, etc.)


    *Any other decoration/items will need HR’s approval.

    *Submit itemized receipts from October 10 through November 29, 2024 for reimbursement.

    *Reimbursements through Concur must be submitted by each Team Contact. No exceptions. See the Concur Reimbursement Guidelines page for details.

    Due to remote locations, your photo will be submitted to the Bank via a mobile application hosted by a third party. Your image may be used on BridgeNet or for other promotional materials by the Bank.
