COSTUME CONTEST GUIDELINES
Eligibility:
- All associates that are in non-customer facing roles are able to wear a costume on October 30th for the Pasadena Office Spooky Delight Event and on October 31st on Halloween day.
- All costumes have to avoid masks or hoods that obstruct employees’ faces
- Costumes cannot be revealing (i.e. short skirts, low tops, mid-riffs). Nudity or any illusion to it is prohibited.
- Costumes should be “safe” to walk in, sit in and work in. Costumes should not be too large to fit in your desk chair or obstructive in the hallways.
- Costumes should not have long fringes that may be caught in the elevator doors or stepped on by others.
- Costumes must be family-friendly and not offensive, violent, or objectionable.
- Photo may not be edited or altered (other than minor color, contrast, or sharpness adjustments).
- We encourage employees to use recent Halloween costume photos when submitting entries.
- Branches – For security purposes, we recommend branch staff who may be visible to customers not to wear costumes.
Should any costume guidelines not be followed, the employee will be sent home to change and/or the entry will be removed.

Due to remote locations, your photo will be submitted to the Bank via a mobile application hosted by a third party. Your image may be used on BridgeNet or for other promotional materials by the Bank.
