Sentry ® Foods “70th Anniversary” Sweepstakes Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER
OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. The Sweepstakes runs from Nov. 9, 2023 – Jan. 10, 2024. Your last opportunity to enter will be on Jan. 10th before 12:00:00 Midnight Central Time.
2. This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Void where prohibited.
3. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
A: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Wisconsin. All winners must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Employees of Sentry ® Foods (“Promoter”), UNFI INC., the Sweepstakes sponsors, their respective subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this Sweepstakes production, development, or handling (“Sweepstakes Parties”), and immediate families/household members of anyone so employed are not eligible.
B: Entrants are required to provide truthful information and Promoter will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Promoter will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and Promoter will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of thirteen in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
4. ENTRY
A: To enter the Sweepstakes the user must "like" the Sentry Foods Facebook page and enter a valid email address on the Sweepstakes entry page. Upon clicking "submit entry" the entry to the Sweepstakes is recorded.
B: To participate, you must already have a Facebook page of your own or sign up for one when prompted and enter your email address. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
C: To have chances to win on a specific day, you must enter on that day before 12:00:00 Midnight Central Time. The entry period for a specific day ends each evening at 12:00:00 Midnight Central Time, and a new entry period begins again at 12:00:01 a.m., Central Time, the following day.
Limit one (1) entry per Facebook account per day.
D: The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned the Facebook page. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Facebook page. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned.
E: Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Promoter.
F: The Sweepstakes administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. For purpose of this Promotion, a “Day” shall begin at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time and shall end at 12:00:00 Midnight Central Time on the same calendar day.
5. DRAWING
A: All decisions of Promoter are final and binding in matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
B: At the end of the Sweepstakes period, a set number of potential winners and an equivalent number in alternates will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received between Nov. 9, 2023, and Jan. 10th, 2024. You can only enter one time per day, you must re-register for each day of the Sweepstakes that you wish to enter.
C: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
D: Winners do not need to purchase anything at Sentry Foods to win.
E: Potential winners will be notified by Facebook or email.
F: Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, signing and returning (within the time specified by Promoter) an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (if requested by Promoter), and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
G: Potential winners must verify their mail address within the time specified by Promoter or potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be chosen, time permitting. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to verify their mail address within the specified time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner may be chosen, time permitting.
H: Winners may only win once in this Sweepstakes.

7. CONDITIONS AND RELEASE
A: By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to have his or her name, city, state, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign and return a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
B: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties, Facebook, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize, travel to/from or participation in any prize-related activity, or participation in the Promotion.
C: Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person (and all of their entries) from this Promotion if he or she tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or the operation of Promoter’s web channel or is otherwise in violation of the rules. Promoter further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion, or any part of it, if it is not capable of completion as planned or if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond the Promoter’s control, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by Promoter in is sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any person to deliberately damage any Promoter web channel or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek full prosecution and/or damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Promoter, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, Promoter reserves the right, but not the obligation, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
D: The Released Parties are not responsible for (i) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of a prize; (ii) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties, malfunctions, disconnections, other technological failures, telephone service outages, delays, dropped calls, or busy signals; or (iii) lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or late entries.
E: A copy of the Official Rules and a list of winners (when complete) are also available during regular business hours at All Sentry Foods service desks.
F: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook.
