PROMO RAFFLE MECHANICS

1. The ASUS x Zarah Juan limited-edition bag raffle is open to all customers who will purchase the ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED (UM5302) from September 15 to October 31, 2022 only.

2. The ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED is available at ASUS Concept stores and authorized IT Multibrands stores nationwide.

3. Customer who successfully purchased the Zenbook S 13 OLED (UM5302) must register their purchase and log-in at < https://woobox.com/uwi6rz > for a chance to win the Zarah Juan “Zen-Tote” Bag worth P8,500. One laptop purchase/serial number is equal to one entry. (Each purchase must be registered separately)

4. Customers will be required to fill-out their personal information and upload the following documents as proof of pre-order in the registration link.

5. Customers must register their purchase until the last day of registration on November 10, 2022, 11:59PM.

6. All valid purchase and entries from the raffle will get a chance to be one of the 50 winners and receive the Zarah Juan “Zen-Tote’ Bag. 

7. All valid pre-orders will receive an email from ASUS Philippines 3-5 working days after successful registration. 

8. Official Raffle will be electronically drawn on the following dates with the presence of representatives from ASUS Philippines and DTI via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) video conference call.

9. Winners will be notified through the following platforms:

10. To claim prize, winner must be able to reply and confirm to ASUS Philippines via email or text and be able to send via ASUS official promo email <asusphpromo2020@gmail.com> the following requirements within 90 days from receipt of notification via registered mail, email and/or SMS.

A. Two (2) valid IDs

B. Proof of purchase- Sales Invoice or Official Receipt

C. Preferred Shipping Address 

11. Upon receipt of complete documents, ASUS Philippines will be shipping via 3rd party courier (Lalamove if NCR, LBC/WExpress if provincial) the Zarah Juan “Zen-Tote” bag to the winner’s preferred shipping address.

12. All prizes are non-transferrable. Unclaimed prizes after 90 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines upon approval of DTI.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The ASUS x Zarah Juan limited-edition bag official raffle promo period starts from September 15 to October 31, 2022 only. Last day of registration will be November 10, 2022 11:59PM.

2. Employees of ASUS Philippines, its advertising, PR and events agencies, distributors and dealers and promoters including their employees and relatives up to the second-degree affinity or consanguinity are exempted from the promo.

3. The promo exclusives will only be applicable from purchases made in the stores stipulated. However, ASUS Philippines has the right to invalidate entries from purchases that are not validated by NTC, even when bought from participating shops.

a. All electronic purchases should be activated and connected to the internet upon purchase, as part of the NTC validation process.

4. Promo exclusives are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.

5. For everyone’s safety ASUS will still not be accepting any walk-in claim all prizes will be shipped via 3rd party couriers. Shipping of the prize “Zen-Tote” bag item is until 90 days from the end of the promo period. Any unclaimed free exclusive items after the 90-days grace period will be tagged as invalid and forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior DTI Approval.

6. Delivery and shipment arrival of prize may vary depending on the location.

a. ASUS Philippines reserves the right to investigate any damages to the shipped items before confirming replacement of item/s.

b. Any request to re-process outside the standard operating procedure will be subject to charges and fees shouldered by the customer.

c. For returned shipments of prizes due to courier unserviceable areas, ASUS will be coordinating with the customer for the nearest LBC branch or ASUS / ROG Concept Store in your area to re-ship the items. The prize items should be returned to ASUS Manila Warehouse before re-shipping the item/s which may cause additional delays.

7. All customers must give valid information to make the entry valid for the raffle.

a. Incorrect or falsified information submitted to ASUS Philippines will void the validity of claim.

b. Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and/or Down Payment Slips are not valid for claiming. Claims without official invoice or incomplete details will automatically be declared invalid. 

c. Authorized re-sellers and dealers may not submit entries on behalf of the customer.

8. Existing replacement and repair policies of the store where the unit was purchased will be applicable once the unit has been availed.

9. Standard warranty terms will also apply to laptops purchased only during the same transaction.
