OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.

ELIGIBILITY:

WIN WITH WAMPLER’S SWEEPSTAKE (the “Contest”) is open to legal US Citizens, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wampler’s Farm Sausage, Gorilla Marketing, Huddle Productions, or their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising agencies and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the Contest. Entrants must meet eligibility requirements at all times during the Contest Period, including the time for redeeming the Contest Prize. Limit one (1) online entry per name and/or verified email address. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Incomplete and/or prohibited multiple entries will be disqualified. This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY:

(a) On the website, each participant (“Entrant”) must complete and submit an online entry form (the “Entry”), including his/her first and last names, and telephone number where he/she can be reached, e-mail address. To be eligible for the Contest, Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on 11-30-2023 (“Entry Deadline”). Each Entry must be made by an individual from a single computer and may not be made by proxy, automated device(s) or electronic means such as script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. Each Entry will be deemed made by the registered owner of the e-mail address from which the Entry was received. All Entries are the property of Wampler’s Farm Sausage and will not be returned.

(b) At an event, each participant (“Entrant”) must complete and submit an entry form (the “Entry”), including his/her first and last names, and telephone number where he/she can be reached, e-mail address. To be eligible for the Contest, Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on

11 /30/2023(“EntryDeadline”).

(c) On or about the day after the Entry Deadline, Wampler’s Farm will conduct a random drawing from all correct and eligible Entries to select the winners of the Contest (the “Winners”). The Winner will thereafter be notified by telephone and/or email. Wampler’s Farm will make no more than two (2) attempts to notify each Winner. If any Winner does not respond to Wampler’s Farm notification within 48 hours of notification, Wampler’s Farm, in its sole discretion, may disqualify the Winner and may or may not select an alternate Winner by conducting a random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries.

ONE (1) lucky person will win:

A trip to a college football bowl game of their choosing, excluding any outside the 48 continuous states within the United States as well as any bowl that is part of the college football playoffs. The prize will include two (2) tickets to the game, hotel accommodations for 3 nights and $300 in spending money. Airfare will NOT be provided nor any other means of transportation.

The total approximate retail value of the trip is less than $2,000. No substitutions are allowed, except that the Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, substitute a prize package of equal or greater value. Each Winner may waive his/her right to receive the Prize; however, the Prize is nonassignable, nontransferable, and not redeemable for cash. Each Winner is responsible for all expenses, costs and fees not explicitly listed as part of the Prize. All fees and reporting requirements associated with federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Wampler’s Farm Sausage will send a publicity release, indemnification and affidavit of eligibility to the Winner; by accepting notification of any Prize award, the Winner agrees to complete, sign and return these documents no later than five (5) days after receipt of the above-mentioned documents. Failure to sign and return the release, indemnification and affidavit may, at the sole discretion of Wampler’s Farm Sausage, result in the Winner’s disqualification and the award of the Prize to an alternate Winner.

ODDS:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PARTICIPATION:

Participation in this Contest constitutes an agreement by each Entrant to comply with all terms, provisions and conditions of these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the terms relating to the use of Wampler’s Farm website, including its Privacy Policy. Entrants also authorize the Sponsors to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city of residence in programming or promotional material without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify Entrants found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by the Sponsors.

SPONSORS’ RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, delay or failure in broadcasting or any other causes beyond the Sponsors’ control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Wampler’s Farm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend or terminate the contest.

DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE:

By entering into the Contest or accepting or using any prize award or benefits, each Entrant releases the Sponsors and each of their affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of the Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). The Sponsors disclaim any liability for: (1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay or failure in the transmission of Entries or the operation of the Contest; (2) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries; (3) any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, networks, lines, online systems, providers or servers associated with or used for the Contest, whether originating from Entrants, Sponsors or others; (4) failure of any Entry to be received by the Entry Deadline on account of traffic congestion or technical problems on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof; (5) any incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, garbled, defective, misdirected or misrouted entries; (6) any injury or damage to any computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials for this Contest; or (7) any disputes, claims, damages, fees, costs, injuries or damages associated with or involving the use of the prize.

CONSTRUCTION:

All questions, issues, claims and disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any Entrant, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California, and shall be brought in state or federal court in California.

SPONSORS:

The contest is sponsored by Wampler’s Farm Sausage, Gorilla Marketing, and Huddle Productions. The Sponsors’ decisions regarding the selection of the Winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsors will not be responsible for any typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Contest Rules or any other materials or administration relating to the Contest.
