Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

The Beef-a-Roo Summer Spin & Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Beef-a-Roo, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at [COMPANY ADDRESS]. This Promotion may be conducted at participating independently owned and operated franchise locations. Not all locations may participate.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on July 31, 2026.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, franchisees, managers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may scan the QR code printed on a qualifying Beef-a-Roo receipt to access the digital Spin & Win game and receive one (1) game play per qualifying transaction.

LIMIT ONE (1) GAME PLAY PER QUALIFYING TRANSACTION UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Multiple transactions may be required for additional game plays.

5. GAME MECHANICS / WINNING

The Promotion is an instant win game. Winning moments are randomly distributed throughout the Promotion Period, or outcomes are determined by a randomized algorithm at the time of play. Participants whose game play corresponds with a winning moment or outcome will be awarded a prize.

All game results are final and subject to verification by Sponsor.

6. PRIZES

Prizes may include free menu items, discounts, combo upgrades, promotional offers, or other designated rewards as determined solely by Sponsor.

Prize types, quantities, and odds of winning may vary by time, location, and total participation.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

7. PRIZE REDEMPTION

ALL PRIZES ARE VALID FOR A FUTURE VISIT ONLY AND MAY NOT BE REDEEMED DURING THE SAME TRANSACTION IN WHICH THE GAME PLAY WAS RECEIVED.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Limit one (1) prize redemption per person per visit
  • Valid only at participating Beef-a-Roo locations
  • Redemption availability (dine-in, drive-thru, mobile) may vary
  • No cash redemption, substitution, transfer, or resale permitted
  • Not valid with other offers unless expressly stated
  • Customer may be responsible for applicable sales tax
  • Prizes must be redeemed by expiration date shown
  • Lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, or expired offers are void
  • Screenshots, reproductions, or copied offers may be rejected

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of winning, original receipt, account verification, or other eligibility validation prior to redemption.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and the timing of participation during the Promotion Period.

9. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

  • Tampers with the entry or game process
  • Violates these Official Rules
  • Uses bots, automation, or fraud
  • Acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, participating franchisees, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, technology providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Promotion
  • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize
  • Interaction with any digital platform, QR code, or website associated with the Promotion

This includes, without limitation, any personal injury, property damage, or losses of any kind, including but not limited to those related to food consumption, allergies, or foodborne illness.

Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures of any kind, including QR codes, mobile devices, networks, servers, or software
  • Human or system errors in processing or administering the Promotion

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without further notice, approval, or compensation.

13. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ARBITRATION

Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.

Entrants waive all rights to trial in any court, including the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

17. GOVERNING LAW

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any permitted legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
